The purpose of the festival:
- The exchange of creative achievements and experience of participants from the different Baltic states, stimulation of creative contacts between collectives and their heads.
- The strengthening of the international communication through culture and creativity.

Competition Baltic talents 2010:
Rules of participation:
For participation in competition executors (without restriction of age are invited), acting in the following genres:
1) A vocal: soloists, duets, a trio, quartets, ensembles, shows - groups - modern, author's, pop, rock, a jazz, etc.
2) Dance: soloists, duets, ensembles, shows - ballets, dancing collectives - modern, classical dance, a modernist style, belly dance, step, etc.
Age groups (within the framework of the nomination): - Till 11 years inclusive
- 12-16 years
- 17 year and older
The order of carrying out of the competition:
- Preliminary consideration of the application. It is necessary for all participants to submit the application of the established sample for the address of organizing committee till May, 17, 2010.
- Each executor (the group, collective) declares 1 competitive number for participation in one nomination.
- Each participant can take part in one or several nominations (but no more than three)
- All competitive performances {statements} are carried out {spent} publicly
- The order of performances {statements} is defined {determined} by a toss-up
- The soundtrack is provided directly by participant
- Duration of each of numbers - about 4 minutes
- Participants of competition have the right to advertising of the sponsors.
Estimations:
The estimation of the performance varies from 1 to 10 points by the following criteria: vocal skill, expressiveness of performance, virtuosity, image, according to nominations.
The application:
For participation in each nomination it is necessary to fill in a separate order form of the established sample.
Appendices to the application:
- CD with record of a soundtrack of declared numbers (for vocalists-1)
- A presentation photo of the executor for accommodation on a site of competition
- The creative biography
Awards and prizes for winners
- All participants of competition will receive diplomas of festival
- Winners are defined{determined} by voting by show of hands of jury in each of the declared nominations: Grand prix, 1, 2, 3 place.
- The Grand prix winer will receive a trip to Europe as prize.
- The participants in several nominations, can apply for prize-winning places in each of nominations.
According to the payment:
- The soloist (participation in any of nominations) – 50 EUR
- The participant of collective, the accompanying person – 10 EUR
- The head of collective, one accompanying person of the participant till 7 years - free-of-charge
