Haku KOLT Kautokeino -tapahtumaan

Are you an artist? Is creative processes a part of your work?

Participate in KOLT Kautokeino/Guovdageaidnu 15th -25th of April 2011.

At KOLT artists from different art forms and people who work with creativity meet to work together, share experiences, take part in each other's creative process and create networks.

KOLT is for anybody who acknowledges creative processes as a part of their work. You can apply to Kolt if work with performance, dance, design, architecture, programming, fine arts, film, photography, philosophy, sculpture, literature, conceptual art, installations, virtual art, music, scenography, theatre, fashion design, etc.

In short! You should contact us if you:

-are a professional artist.

-aiming to develop your work.

-want to expand your network.

-have an interest in collaboration that defies the traditional genres.

-are looking for future collaborators.

-want to open up your practices and processes for other artist.

-want to participate in others processes.

KOLT Kautokeino is organized in connection with the Sami Easter festival and will open the last two days for the public. During these days the participants will both show their Kolt-projects and examples of their work outside Kolts.

Application deadline is the 3rd of March 2011. Confirmation the 13th of March.

KOLT Kautokeino has a registration fee of 1200 NOK, - (includes accommodation, food, work place, festival pass). Participant’s book and pay for their own travel. Kolt has applied for founds from NAPA to found the travel expenses for the participants from Greenland.

Every Kolt has max number participants. If there is more applicants than Kolt can accept, we will aim to create a diverse group.
