Tokyo Wonder Site on nykytaidekeskus Tokiossa. Yksi sen tehtävistä on edistää kansainvälistä vuorovaikutusta taiteilijoiden välillä. "Creator-in- residence -ohjelma on tarkoitettu eri alojen taiteilijoille.
Residenssin kesto on noin 2 kk 1.4.2011 – 31.8.2010 välisenä aikana. Residenssin aikana tehdään työ/teos/tutkimus joka liittyy jollain tavalla Tokioon. Hakemukset 31.10.2010 mennessä. Haku on avoinna kaikille taiteenaloille.

Hakemuksen liitteeksi tarvitaan suosituskirje Suomen Japanin Instituutista. Hakijakandidaattien on hyvä olla yhteydessä Suomen Japanin Instituuttiin ja Aarne Toivoseen.

Application Deadline

Application Form must arrive at TWS Aoyama: Creator-in-Residence no later than 31 October, 2010.
Only application by post is accepted. Application Form must be sent either by certified mail or traceable delivery.
Application materials:
-1 DVD or CD-ROM which contains the application form and materials of artist’s works in Application Package.
-2 letters of recommendation
-2 printed Application Form
One letter of recommendation must be from the embassy or art and cultural institutions of candidate’s country.
Participation of the selected creators will not be confirmed until the Annual Plan 2011 for Tokyo
Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture is approved by the board of directors at the end
of March 2011.
