Choreographer Jorma Elo and the director of the National Ballet of China, Feng Ying, have been confirmed as new names of the jury of the Helsinki International Ballet Competition.
The main award of the competition Gloria Grand Prix has been raised to 15 000 euros. In addition many thousand euros will be distributed as other prizes in both the senior and junior categories.
The registration for the Helsinki International Ballet Competition begins September 1, 2011 and continues until January 31, 2012. The entry will happen with an electronic form, which opens at the web page September 1.
