Marita Liulia & Virpi Pahkinen: The Return of the Goddess

Two magicians meet and the audience is in for a double bill of dance and film premieres. In the dance film by artist-director Marita Liulia a man living in a destroyed city meets a goddess. The film is the first part of her Dance of Death Trilogy, and American Richard Horowitz and the Iranian originating singer Sussan Deyhim answer for the film’s music.

Dancer-choreographer Virpi Pahkinen performs in the second premiere of the night with young Swedish talent Oskar Landström.
