Key figures
Yearly, about 450 000 spectators attend on average 3 000 Finnish dance performances. There are more than 50 dance companies in Finland, and about 1 000 dance professionals, dancers, pedagogues and choreographs. Finnish dance performances can be seen around the world, in nearly 30 countries every year. These numbers are based on a five years average from the statistics gathered by Dance Info Finland.
