Barker Theatre Dance Residency

Barker Theatre’s dance residency is arranged during the summer period. The work produced during the residency will be presented on theatre’s fall or spring programme. Any dance artist working in Finland may apply for the residency.

Oulu

Jojo – Oulu Dance Centre’s Residency

Jojo’s Residency offers accomodation and rehearsal space for maximum of three weeks. The residency artist is expected to hold a workshop, an open rehersal and a showcase.

Kangasniemi

Kokko1721

Kokko1721 is an artists-in-farmstay-residence. Residency offers an interesting environment for artistic work where everyday duties of a farmhouse are part of daily routines.

Ehkä production offers 1-3 week residencies around the year. The selection is made within the open call.

The International Residency for artists and researchers – perfect for dance! Residency period from two weeks to three months can be applied through the open call in September.

Kajaani

Routa Company residency

Routa company organizes residency for dance artists by providing room for practice on the Generator stage. The residency offers an opportunity for either a premiere or work-in-process shows as well an accomodation.

Helsinki

Tero Saarinen Company’s residencies

TSC Residencies are arranged 2-4 times each year at the company’s rehearsal studio in Helsinki. The programme is open to all artists with an interest in physical expression. Some of the annual residencies are dedicated especially for work focusing on the relationship between sound and movement, utilizing TSC Studio’s immersive audio technology.
