The event received a lot of praise for its diverse program which included presentations from dance, circus and theatre artists. A small and intimate event set the stage for for presenters from around the world to discover performing arts from Finland. The intimate scale of the event created a friendly atmosphere where it was easy to make new contacts.
With these photos from the second edition of Performing HEL we, together with CircusInfo Finland, want to thank you our Finnish and international guests, the artists and Performing HEL partners: Helsinki Festival, Swedish Theatre, Finnish National Theatre, Espoo City Theatre and Theatre Info Finland TINFO. Thanks to the Ministry of Culture and Education, the embassies and institutes for the support.
The next edition of the showcase Performing HEL is planned to be in 2021 – stay tuned!
