olO plays with the relations of grand and small gestures and tensions of the stage that can be approached as a poem, a dance, and a bodily experience. In olO poem acts as a crossing between illusion and mundane in the theatre space and in the body.
Choreographer Eeva Juutinen’s and working groups stage work olO outlines the rhythms of being. Juutinen’s long term plant and flower drying process inspired her to explore the liveliness and mortality of the body. Dancers Terhi Hartikainen and Maria Mäkelä move in the landscapes of intensities and intimacies. olO invites the spectator to create their own meanings and definitions about itself through association and reflection.
