Prix de Lausanne: Summer Intensive course 6 – 11 July in Lausanne
Our traditional Summer Intensive will take place on 6 – 11 July 2023 in Lausanne.
The Summer Intensive – European Preselection is a one-week long Summer programme open to Swiss and European citizens. Its aim is to discover young promising talents and open the doors of the Prix de Lausanne to a few of them, free of charge.
General
The programme is open to dancers who have a Swiss or European passport and/or citizenship. Dancers must be born between 4 February 2005, and 3 February 2009. Ukrainian participants’ expenses will be fully covered (application fees, travel and housing expenses).
Registration is open until 15 April 2023.
Registration fees:
CHF 150.- 1st registration fee (payment deadline: April 15th, 2023).
CHF 200.- 2nd registration fee if you pass the video selections
Tuition: free (not including travel, morning and evening meals and accommodation. Lunches are provided).
Participants are divided into two groups*:One group “European Preselection” (advanced level): this group will be judged by the Jury during the week and may be preselected to the Prix de Lausanne 2024.
One group “Summer Intensive” (intermediate level): participants take ballet, contemporary classes and coaching sessions but they will not be judged by the Jury during the week. They are not eligible for the Preselection for the Prix de Lausanne 2024.
